STRESZCZENIE

Status Organizacji Pożytku Publicznego został szczegółowo określony w przepisach ustawy z dnia 24 kwietnia 2003 r. o działalności pożytku publicznego i wolontariacie. Na ich podstawie przedstawiono, kto może zyskać taki status, jakie będzie miał z tego korzyści (m.in. zwolnienia podatkowe) i obowiązki (np. sprawozdawcze). Po przeanalizowaniu przepisów ocenione zostało – z wykorzystaniem dwóch analiz SWOT – czy i kiedy Niezależne Zrzeszenie Studentów Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego może uzyskać status OPP, a także jakie dla jego działalności niesie on przywileje, a jakie zobowiązania.

An analysis of the status of a Public Benefit Organisation.

The Independent Students’ Association of the University of Wroclaw

[NZS UWr] as a unit planning to achive such status – SWOT Analisys.

ABSTRACT

The status of Public Benefit Organisation is specifically defined in the act of 24 April 2003 relating to public benefit and voluntary work. The provisions of the act define which organizations can gain such status, what benefits they may receive (eg. tax exemptions) as well as their obligations.

 An analysis of the regulations assesses if and when the Independent Students’ Association of the University of Wroclaw may acquire the status of Public Benefit Organisation and what preivileges and obligations this would bting.
