Przestępczość w kontekście uwarunkowań psychologicznych sprawców

STRESZCZENIE

Zagadnienie przestępczości budzi kontrowersje od wielu lat, a dyskusje na temat etiologii przestępczości toczą się od dawna. Nie budzi wątpliwości fakt, że rozmiary przestępczości kobiet i mężczyzn są różne. Rozbieżność w rozmiarze przestępczości kobiet i mężczyzn to nie jedyne zauważalne odmienności. Różnice płciowe w popełnianiu przestępstw są zauważalne także w jej dynamice, nasileniu, rodzaju, motywacji, okolicznościach, a na gruncie niniejszych rozważań przede wszystkim w charakterystyce psychologicznej sprawców. Powszechnie znaną prawidłowością jest fakt znacznie mniejszego udziału kobiet w przestępczości ogólnej. Autorka próbuje określić czynniki psychologiczne różnicujące sprawców przestępstw (kobiet i mężczyzn) oraz znaleźć charakterystyki, które łączą obie grupy, przy uwzględnieniu, iż przestępczość jest zjawiskiem społecznym, a więc i sprawca powinien być rozpatrywany w kontekście społecznego podłoża.

Crime in the context of the psychological conditioning of the perpetrators

ABSTRACT

Crime has been a controversial issue for many years, and discussions about the etiology of crime have been taking place for a long time.

There is no doubt that the proportion of crime committed by men and women is unequal. The discrepancy in the amount of crime of crime committed by men and women is not the only noticeable difference. Gender difference in the commission of crime is also noticeable in its dynamics, intensity, type, motivation, circumstances, and - in this research - primarily in the psychological characteristics of the participants. It is known that women commit much less crime than men. The author tries to determine the psychological factors which make female and male offenders dissimilar, but also the variables which make them similar, not forgetting that crime is a social phenomenon and, therefore, the offender shall be considered in the context of their social life.
